Mixdown Project doesn't work while importing an OGG audio file

Bug Description
1. Import and OGG audio file
2. Import a wav file, cut it, move it around
3. Mixdown the project
Only the track with the OGG file will appear in the output.
Jokosher plays OK the mix, may be a gstreamer related problem? I've tried to export it as OGG and WAV, but with the same results.
I'm running Ubuntu Feisty with Jokosher 0.9.
