post-build-lava: failure to get_rootfs_url due to hardcoded 'label=precise_hwpack_cloud' in the generated url

For big endian linux-linaro builds I use openembedded rootfs, and the url generated by get_rootfs_url() should look like:
https://ci.linaro.org/jenkins/job/openembedded-armv7ab-rootfs/rootfs=minimal,gcc_version=4.8,label=oe_persistent_cloud/lastSuccessfulBuild/buildNumber

But get_rootfs_url() uses hardcoded 'label=...' value, so the best I managed to get from it was:
https://ci.linaro.org/jenkins/job/openembedded-armv7ab-rootfs/rootfs=minimal,gcc_version=4.8,label=precise_hwpack_cloud/lastSuccessfulBuild/buildNumber

BTW, I had to tweak the job name to have the correct distribution and architecture - main() can override $DISTRIBUTION depending on the hwpack_job_name.

I can reproduce the bug. Current workaround is to use a custom json file.
I'm looking into supporting OE properly in post-build-lava.
