Bug Description

When I install the php5-mcrypt package, it creates a config file mcrypt.ini in /etc/php5/conf.d which was the old way to do this.

The correct way now is to create entries in /etc/php5/[apache2|fpm|cli]/conf.d/ with the format 20-mcrypt.ini .
