gnetlist drc backend crashes if file 'attribs' is missing

Bug Description

If there is no 'attribs' file in the current working directory,
the backend drc crashes outputting backtrace. To reproduce this
use the following command:
  gnetlist -g drc your_schematic.sch
The attached patch fixes this.
