*Steps*
- create environment: Ubuntu, multi-node, nova network flat
- set floating ip ranges: 240.0.0.2 - 240.0.0.10, 240.0.0.20 - 240.0.0.25, 240.0.0.30 - 240.0.0.35
- turn off "Use VLAN tagging" for public, floating, management, storage networks
- add nodes: 1 controller, 1 compute
- deploy changes
- run OSTF tests

Tested on iso 3.2.1-#79 with fix for floating https:/
works fine.
