Bug Description

The menu entry for view > display mode > toggle,
shows the keyboard shortcut as ctrl + 5,
but it's referring to ctrl + numpad 5,
(it works both when num lock is on or off),

since ctrl + 5 (the number above the R and T keys),
doesn't seam to do anything,
maybe it could toggle the display mode aswell.

The menu entry view > color display mode > toggle,
shows the keyboard shortcut as shift + 5,
but it's referring to shift + numpad 5,
for some reason it only works when num lock is off,
when num lock is on nothing happens,

shift + 5 (%) (the key above R and T) toggles snapping,
so that can't be used as a shortcut,
but shift + numpad 5 should probably work when num lock is on.

Tested with:
r12832 on linux mint 15 cinnamon 32bit

Tested on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.48.4 and trunk revision 12832.
The shortcuts don't work when numlock is off. Thus View>Display Mode> Toggle only works when numlock is on and View>Color Display Mode>Toggle doesn't work at all. I haven't tested on Debian yet, but it looks like it's Windows specific. Anyway, the numlock issue must be fixed.
