Please sync libewf 20130416-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Add libbfio-dev to the Depends for libewf-dev (Closes: #721427)
    Some headers from libbfio are needed to compile programs using libewf.
  * No-change rebuild against current pkgbinarymangler to fix broken
    md5sums. (see LP #875466)
  * No-change rebuild against current pkgbinarymangler to fix broken

  * No-change rebuild against current pkgbinarymangler to fix broken
