Please sync filo 1.1+2011123001.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Pre-Depends: dpkg (>= 1.15.6) for xz compression support. Needed until
    after Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
  * Pre-Depends: dpkg (>= 1.15.6) for xz compression support. Needed until
    after Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
  * Pre-Depends: dpkg (>= 1.15.6) for xz compression support. Needed until
    after Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
  * Pre-Depends: dpkg (>= 1.15.6) for xz compression support. Needed until
    after Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
  * Pre-Depends: dpkg (>= 1.15.6) for xz compression support. Needed until
    after Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.

Above mentioned change is not needed anymore. Additionally, Debian got one change to that:
7ea1656 Removed command for XZ compression as it is default now.
