Bug Description
Once app is purchased, no confirmation or serial number is given: Quick 'n Easy Web Builder
This is fraud, when Ubuntu Software Centre takes funds from people, but fail to deliver a serial code in order to run app.
This is a fundamental floor in the Ubuntu Centre, where something is broken in the purchase system.
There is no way to contact anyone
The Ubuntu Centre is meant to be a safe place to purchase software but it is not!
