python API for keyring should be smarter and allow more fine grained access control

Bug Description

Currently, if a python application asks for access to the keyring, the user cannot grant access in a fine grained (per python application) fashion - e.g. the user is asked to allow access for python and not the script/application name.

The idea is to make the python keyring binding smarter to look at the actual script executed.
