    powervm: remove powervm virt driver from nova

    IBM's strategic direction for OpenStack powervm support
    is to support powervc, and therefore support is being
    pulled out for the existing powervm IVM/VIOS driver.

Need to remove existing tables and content about this driver in the trunk repo.

For older repos, need to add a note about the "dead end" nature of the driver.

    Due a change in IBM strategy, powervm has been removed, and its mention
    has to be deleted from icehouse documentation.

Regarding the note about the "dead end" nature of the driver in older repos, do you think it is enough to add the clarification in the specific PowerVM page (http://docs.openstack.org/grizzly/openstack-compute/admin/content/powervm.html) or every time PowerVM is mentioned?
