Bug Description

Currently the we display only the first 1000 (default) containers from the settings API_RESULT_LIMIT. There is no way for users to browse through the container.

We should add pagination support for container, we get this improvements:
- reduce the container displayed from 1000 to a manageable number for viewing
- the user can now view all the container instead of just the first 1000

Given that the old Swift view has been deprecated and we have low bandwidth for bugfixes, I'm closing non-critical bugs in the Python Containers panel.
