Add link to test case description

Bug Description

For now only the title of the test case is displayed, but there is no way to find what should be done as part of the testing. Simply linking to a wiki page that describes what the test case covers and which steps should be performed would greatly help.

Yes, that's a good idea, can someone point me to a list of wiki page or write some ?

Putting it on the tribe-4 todolist, I'll at least do the DB change in order to have that feature possible, but then I'll need some people to actually write those pages on the wiki.

The icon next to testcase name is now clickable if a link has been provided in the database.
I just need a list of wikipage to assign to testcases.

I'm not sure that it's the most intuitive way. What about having two links :
 * view result
 * view test case description

I agree that those icons aren't that intuitive but they don't take place
as a link would what on a small screen (say 1024x768) with ~10 reported
bugs (what we had with Feisty RC testing) is more than welcome.

We also use that kind of icons for download link for ISOs and people
seem to get used to it.

I've also made the summary at the top of :
https://iso.qa.stgraber.org/isotesting/result/576/37
clickable (not only the icon as before) if that can help.
