Bug Description
It would be nice if /var/log/syslog were included in the artifacts. apparmor messages are in /var/log/syslog so including it would be helpful to see if apparmor is causing failures for anything running autopilot. If you want to limit the syslog output to only be apparmor (and thus name it 'apparmor messages' or similar), then just do a case-insensitive match on 'apparmor'.
