The label for Terminal's "Open With" action doesn't read fluidly. It should probably just say "Terminal" so you get "Open With > Terminal" instead of "Open With > Open Terminal Here"

This can be achieved by changing the .desktop file for "Open Terminal Here" command so that Name=Terminal. This would mean there are two .desktop files with the same "Name" parameter since the pre-existing pantheon-terminal .desktop file also has this "Name". Could this cause problems elsewhere?

I can't tell for sure if there will be problems. The branch looks okay, but I'll let Daniel give the final call, because I'm not sure if it shouldn't be the "regular" .desktop file to show up in Files et al.
