Auto sign puppetca doesn't work

Bug Description
Greater the number of certs that don't seem to get signed by puppetca.
Fix is always the same - puppetca sign <node-id>, and then press 'deploy'. Just pressing 'deploy' on it's own actually doesn't seem to work.
MultiNode, Ubuntu, Fuel 3.2. Bare-metal.

Very common problem, we hope it will be resolved with pappet-masterless solution.
