Bug Description
1. Open shorts, by default you should have two topics, Ubuntu and Canonical.
2. Swipe up, choose "Edit Topics"
3. Expand "Ubuntu"
4. Tap "Design"
5. You'll be taken to a page where you can edit the feed. Do not edit anything, just click "Done".
6. You go back to the "Edit Topics" view, but the feed you 'edited' has disappeared.
Repeatable for all feeds in that topic and you end up with no feeds.
