software manager -> Featured -> Picasa => doesn't install because of lib32 dependency

Bug Description

Picasa doesn't install from default souces, I don't think there should be app in the "Featured" section of Software manager that do not install.

$ uname -a
Linux lt-mint 3.11.0-12-generic #19-Ubuntu SMP Wed Oct 9 16:20:46 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

$ sudo apt-get install picasa
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done

 picasa : Depends: ia32-libs but it is not installable

Easiest fix would be to remove picasa from amd64 repository so that the i386 version gets installed.

This is the same problem with Steam - 32 bit binary application, needing 32 bit libs. Not sure why they aren't installable though? Have you posted a question on the forum?
Worth pointing out that Picasa has been deprecated for Linux (http://googleblog.blogspot.co.uk/2012/04/spring-cleaning-in-spring.html)
