Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

* Sync from unreleased debian git.
* Sync from unreleased debian git.
* Sync from unreleased debian git.
* Rebuild to pick up new Xserver dependencies
Previous package was cherry-picked from Debian git. Now it's published in unstable and upgraded to the new upstream release.

This sync looks fine code-wise. And I built it fine locally in an amd64 pbuilder. But when I sync'd it, I got a FTBFS on amd64: /launchpadlibra rian.net/ 157365913/ buildlog_ ubuntu- trusty- arm64.xserver- xorg-video- vesa_1% 3A2.3.3- 1_FAILEDTOBUILD .txt.gz
