Bug Description
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Install Fuel Web 3.2.1
2. Create and deploy the simple environment
3. Navigate to the Health Monitor tab in Fuel Web 3.2.1
Observed Result:
We can see that Sanity Tests are located after the Platform Tests.
Expected Results:
Sanity Tests should be the first test suite for Health Monitor.
