Please backport dput 0.9.6.2ubuntu2 (main) from quantal to precise.

Reason for the backport:
========================
Package dput in ubuntu quantal has support for showing progress bar when doing sftp upload. For very big upload files with slow network connection it is very usefull to see if dput still uploading and how long that action will take. See already reported bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dput/+bug/633109
