Totem does not play DVD's

I am using Ubuntu 13.10 64bit fresh install with all appropriate codecs installed. Whenever I try to play any DVD I get this message "Internal Data Flow Error." "libdvdread4" has also been installed. Totem will play video files but not DVD's, the last time Totem worked properly was in 12.04.
