Bug Description
The gaf program was introduced in geda-gaf-1.9.0 unstable release.
Every geda-gaf program (gschem, gattrib, gnetlist etc) but gaf has ChangeLog generation.
As generated ChangeLog are used for creating deb-packages the gaf debian package has no ChangeLog.
The attached patch fixes the problem.
