Bug Description
After running an "all in one" setup for ~ 10 days with minimal activity I found that /var/lib/
Need to confirm that this is within expectations and provide guidance to administrators on managing the size of their Ceilometer data store - advice from the Ceilometer team is required on this point.

Default journalling settings for Ceilometer will allocate around 3 G. Enabling the small-files option can be used to bring this down, but may not be recommended for production environments?
