Unable to deploy SQL cluster

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install murano components from 0.3 branch
2. Log in WebUI
3. Navigate to Project>Environments.
4. Create environment and add AD and SQL cluster services.
5. Send environment to deploy.

Actual result:
