Bug Description

When a webapp is being installed from the supported browsers, it goes through libunity-webapps-repository to get installed through packagekit and when the installation completes, the icon of the recently installed webapps is pinned to the launcher:

http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~webapps/libunity-webapps/trunk/view/head:/src/libunity-webapps-repository/unity-webapps-application-repository.c#L403

this doesn't seem to work. Either something changed on the Unity side (that handles the dbus pin call), or some sort of a race occurs,

I am not able to replicate this.

However it does seem to take a "long" time for the icon to appear. From clicking "install" in the browser to icon appearance can take roughly 1 minute. This may or may not be reasonable - a lot is happening, the package is being downloaded and installed, various IPC calls for installation and acknowledgement etc, this is also being tested in a VM.
