Bug Description
ISO 3.2
After multiple create-delete cluster sequences there is a lot of orphaned data in DB:
* ip ranges with empty network field,
* roles with empty release field,
* neutron_configs with empty cluster fields,
* node attributes with empty node fields.
We should properly remove all unused information from DB when we remove cluster or nodes.
