libvirt+xen: nova.compute.manager issues a warning about number of VMs on hypervisor

When using libvirt+xen, nova.compute.manager issues a warning about a discrepancy between the number of VMs in the hypervisor and the number of instances in the DB. I guess this is due to the fact that it is taking into account the Domain-0, that should not be counted.
