apt-get could not install se-toolkit when upgrading

Bug Description

when trying to upgrade using apt-get upgrade command, I received the following error message "subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1" . Further it stated it will continue upgradeing but 'se-toolkit' may not be in working state.

I was upgrading Kubuntu to version 12.04 the latest stable version.

apport-collect 1252307
