ndiswrapper-dkms 1.57-1ubuntu1: ndiswrapper kernel module failed to build

I'm using Ubuntu Precise 12.04 Lts.
I have installing Ndiswrapper for using a PCI card for Wifi named CTX-405. It's working.
I'm unable to explain why the bug happened but everytime it's when the system is updating.
