Bug Description
To reproduce:
Open a new session, with startup preference set to restore old tabs. Navigate to a page. Right-click the tab and select "Duplicate Tab", then close the session. When the session is re-opened only one of the tabs will be present.
This is because katze_item_copy ends up copying the tab's "tabby-id", so tabby thinks it knows the tab already and does not assign it a new id when it is added to the browser.
