Windows 8.1: DC++ Crashes Constantly with Files in Queue

The program seems to work fine with no transfers in queue or just a couple of them but beyond that it starts crashing frequently. Here's the crashlog:

open Settings > Notifications and disable balloon notifications (there should be one by default for finished downloads).

Now it would only be nice to know what kind of repeating action could create this enormous amount of popup messages in a very short timeframe.

DC++ 0.860 and later has a tentative fix for this. Please reopen if you still having this issue.
