Bug Description
Please backport ipmitool 1.8.13-1 (universe) from trusty to precise, quantal, raring, saucy.
Reason for the backport:

This will provide users with a newer version of ipmitool currently only available in trusty.
Some new features include the ability to advertise information about the server via the BMC without any additional agents installed on the server.
