Bug Description
Under one of the following cases user profiles should be merged:
a) Email record, then review - user profile should be updated with launchpad id from review record
b) Blueprint record, email record, review record - only 1 user profile should remain and contain data from all 3 sources
That issue might be the reason of cases when user has correct LP profile, but still not affiliated correctly.
