Bug Description
Most weather apps (at least, in the USA) have a way to see the chance of precipitation. I'm not sure that openweatherapi has that, but this information should be public domain from NOAA. Perhaps a different weather API should be used when in the US. I'm not sure what would be the best solution is, but the current precipitation information is not particularly useful and people will long for chance of precipitation functionality.
