1. Create new environment (CentOS)
2. Add 1 controller and 1 compute
3. Start deployment. It should be successful
4. Add new node, for example compute
5. Click button "Discard Changes"
6. Click button "Deploy Changes -> Deploy"
7. Server error has occured. No changes to deploy
