Bug Description
Some operations in pantheon files are not possible without a free space in it's window. For openening the context menu to create a new folder, you have to right-click on some free space, otherwise it would open the context menu for a file or a folder.
If you have a folder with many subfolders but without ordinary files, you cannot drag&drop some file in, because every place you can drop that file is a subfolder. You need free space to drop it directly in that folder.
Suggestion: leave one empty line at the bottom of the window, or some space at the right margin.

I'd agree. There needs to be some distinction of where to place things. Maybe even placing or right clicking the boarders of the window is considered the free-space.
