GLabels: please, update to 3.2.1 - even Ubuntu 15.04 still ships 3 years old 3.0.1 version!

Actually I'm looking at this now. 3.2 is out now, but what is the compelling reason for the upgrade? Since we're past DIF I'd like to be sure this is useful.

We could actually use this in trusty. We have a regression with the version packaged in trusty does not support Code 128 barcodes, but the version packaged in precise does. This regression is impacting some of our work flows.

From the comments in that bug, it sounds like the lack of Code128 is independent of the new upstream version.
