Bug Description

Now that WebKitGTK 2.2 has landed in Trusty, we should upgrade epiphany-browser to 3.8.2 (the latest version on the 3.8 branch).

Thanks Adam, that was done the same day as we updated webkit:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/epiphany-browser/3.8.2-4ubuntu1

The update did migrate from trusty-proposed to trusty yet because we are having difficulties to get webkit2 to build on arm64 (which means epiphany-browser is waiting on it to build, or we migrate sources only when they are built on the complete architectures set)
