add qc-usb webcam module to linux-restricted-modules

Bug Description

Hi,

Please add the qc-usb webcam module to linux-restricted-modules. This would add
support for a whole range of Logitech webcams out of the box, including the
Quickcam web I use.

I have found the qc-usb-source to be in universe/misc.

This can actually go into linux-image since the license its gpl-2. Added patch
for breezy.
