"Additional information here..." hint text confusing

In the forms to update or create Images, the description field contains "Additional information here..." which isn't particular clear (it sounds like you should click there to see more information) and is causing inaccurate translations.

t might be better to change it to something like "Enter additional information here...", "Enter description...", something starting with the word "Enter" to clarify the call for action.

IMO, this hint text actually does not provide information so much and I wonder why it is needed.
In addition, I am not sure why this help text is shown with different mechanism from other form fields.

I think simply removing this help text is a possible option.

Removing it sounds like a reasonable solution as well. If people can figure out how to fill in the other fields, I'm sure they can figure out what goes under 'Description' too :-)

The "Additional information here..." message is shown on every form that has a description field. It is used as and example of what could be added on that field. We can also find it in Create Volume and Create Security Group...
I think that we should apply the same change to every placeholder that uses it to maintain consistency on every description field.
Also, this message it treated as an example placeholder message like: Create An Image -> Image Location or Manage Volume Attachments -> Device Name, but as it is just a description I'm agree on remove it.
I'll do it and commit the changes...
