error with redeploy cinder + ceph osd on the same node

Bug Description
Deployments type:
fuel-3.
Centos on KVM
3 controller + 1 cinder+ceph-osd + 1 compute+ceph-osd
Neutron + GRE (eth0 - admin pxe, )
Actual result:
Installation of all nodes were fine, before cinder node went offline.
After that i tried to made redeploy.
But cinder-ceph node did not deployed.
No config file /etc/ceph/ceph.conf was created.

The issue is not reproduced on my test environment with current ISO image of Fuel 3.2.1 ( fuel-3.
