Bug Description

The test_gmsh_intel test looks through the ldd of ../../bin/fluidity for the string 'intel'. If the string is present, it assumes that the intel fortran compiler is used (and accordingly, looks for the string "There are issues with the Intel compiler and GMSH ASCII" in the .err file).

I am using intel mkl, but not the intel compilers. Accordingly, this test, locally, is finding the intel string and interpreting it incorrectly.

I think the test needs twerking... Correct me if I'm missing something!

Ah. Ummm. Yes. My fairly simple assumption one what mess the Intel compiler leaves behind are obviously wrong. Can you send me the output from ldd and I'll try and come up with a reg exp to get this right.
