Bug Description
Need to delete the Rabbit MQ queues for Murano environment when user deletes this environment.
We can see that after 4+ month of testing RabbitMQ server hangs with error ' ** WARNING ** Mnesia is overloaded:'
How it is works now:
1. User creates and deploys Environment
2. Murano creates the RabbitMQ queues for each VM in this Environment
3. User deletes Environment, all queues are still present
Now it is should work in the ideal system:
1. User creates and deploys Environment
2. Murano creates the RabbitMQ queues for each VM in this Environment
3. User deletes Environment, Murano deletes all queues for all VMs in this Environment
