Bug Description
In unclear but always producible on Intel lab circumstances Python Agent looses SSL connectivity to RabbitMQ. Murano Conductor that uses the same code to access RabbitMQ works fine. Windows Agents also doesn't suffer from the problem. The error was not reproduced in local setup but always happens in Intel
