Bug Description
*Steps to reproduce*
1. Created new *.yaml file (ui form) (see attached file validationServi
2. Created manifest for this service (se attached file manifest)
3. Added manifest in murano-
4. Added new form in murano-
5. Reset cache via API call
6. Log in webUI
7. Navigate to Murano-Service Definitions (see attached screenshot)
8. Navigate to Murano-Environments
*Observed result*
New service was successfully added to repository, we can see it in screenshot, but when user try to create this service he can't do it, because he can't select this service in Service Type list
