Bug Description
To reproduce: place the "closed tabs" item in the toolbar, then open a non-blank tab and close it. the trash will become sensitive and when clicked will list the closed tab. Empty the tab trash, and the trash stays sensitive until a new tab is opened or until it is cleared a second time (despite being empty).
