database backup download should be action rather than column

Currently database backups panel contains a column titled "Backup File" and the content is a hyperlink that always contains the text "Download". This seems better suited to a row action.

    Removed download column.
    Created download action that uses containers object_download url.
    Fixed spelling of datum in existing action.
