*steps*
- create environment. CentOS multi-node, cinder lvm for volumes, ceph for images, with murano.
- add nodes: 1 controller, 1 compute, 1 cinder, 2 ceph
- turn off "use VLAN Tagging" for Public and Storage networks
- configure node interfaces: Public -> eht1, Storage -> eth2, Management -> eth3
- deploy changes
