1. Create new environment
2. Choose Ubuntu, simple mode, nova-network
3. Add controller, compute and cinder
4. Start deployment
5. It was successful but there are errors in puppet logs on cinder

ImportError: No module named MySQLdb

(/Stage[main]/Cinder::Base/Exec[cinder-manage db_sync]) Failed to call refresh: cinder-manage db sync returned 1 instead of one of [0] at /etc/puppet/modules/cinder/manifests/base.pp:169
